Hi, I’m Renée Hughes-Suh LCSW, MSW, RSW
I’m a biligual (English/Français) Licensed Clinical Social Worker helping adults manage anxiety, stress, trauma, and life transitions. My goal is to help you feel balanced, confident, and in control again.
My approach is warm, practical, and collaborative. I draw from evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). These approaches help people develop coping skills, process difficult experiences, and create lasting change, and are always thoughtfully tailored to support what feels most helpful and right for you.
